What is our design process?

our design process is very similar for most projects; gather information and inspiration from the client, develop rough draft sketch design ideas, reform sketch ideas until they fit the client’s vision perfectly, then finalize the design.

How ahead of time should I schedule my design?

we are usually booked 1 month out- please be aware of this when you book your design. in some cases, depending on project scope, we do offer a “cut the line” rush fee if you need your design asap.

What is a premade design and how do I get one?

premade designs are different then our custom design options you will find in our design studio. premade designs are artworks that Katelyn creates out without any client input and lists for sale only on the stoke design company Instagram (@stoke.design.co). These designs are posted for sale at a first come first serve basis. They are sold to only one client and the client is only able to add their brand name and change the colors of the design. these designs are typically slightly cheaper than our custom designs since the client does not go through the design process.

What are the different designs you sell?

  1. CUSTOM DESIGN-

    A CUSTOM DESIGN IS A SERVICE YOU WILL BOOK THROUGH OUR WEBSITE. WE WILL WORK THROUGH THE ENTIRE DESIGN PROCESS TO DEVELOP A UNIQUE AND EXCLUSIVE DESIGN TO YOUR BRAND!

  2. PREMADE DESIGN-

    PREMADE DESIGNS ARE DESIGNS WE WILL POST ON OUR INSTAGRAM FOR SALE. THESE DESIGNS ARE SOLD AS IS AND SOLD TO ONLY ONE BRAND. WE WILL CHANGE THE COLORS AND ADD TEXT AS YOUR BRAND NEEDS.

  3. NONEXCLUSIVE DESIGNS-

    NONEXCLUSIVE DESIGNS ARE SOLD HERE ON OUR WEBSITE. THESE ARE THE LOWEST COST DESIGN OPTION AND CAN BE PURCHASED BY ANY BRAND AT ANY TIME. YOU CAN PURCHASE THE DESIGN AND YOU WILL GET THE DESIGN FILES AS IS, AND YOU CAN CHANGE THE COLORS OR TEXT AS YOU WANT. THESE ARE SOLD TO MULTIPLE BRANDS.
